Buy-Cycle Te Atatū photo competition: March 2019

Shop by bicycle in Te Atatū (Peninsula or South) in March, take a photo of your trip, upload it to social media using the hashtag #buycycleteatatu and be in to win prize money to spend at the shops. We’ll print your photo and include it in the exhibition.

Instructions:

Your photo must be taken between 1st and 31st March, somewhere in Te Atatū Peninsula or Te Atatū South, showing that you have shopped by bicycle. For example, your bike outside a shop; your helmet and your purchase inside the shop; your bike and your purchase somewhere else in the area. Be creative!

You can enter as many trips/photos as you like and each entry qualifies for the prize draw.

You can add any caption you like to the photo: we may print some or all of these when we print the photos.

Instagram/Twitter
Upload to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #buycycleteatatu. Your account must be unlocked.

Facebook
Upload to Bike Te Atatū’s Facebook page: facebook.com/groups/biketeatatu/ with the hashtag #buycycleteatatu. Make sure you are uploading an HD version of the photo.

Prizes:

  • $100 voucher: 1st prize for best photo. Get creative!
  • 4 x $50 vouchers. These are drawn at random from all the entries. So the more photos you enter, the better your chances!

Prizewinners will be able to choose vouchers from one or more of the following local businesses: Delicious Foodstore, Fuze, Unichem, Countdown, Demolition Deli, Greens, Fresh Beer Brew Co, Pizza Landing, Double Happy, One Sip Coffee, Anastasis Coffee Roasters, Sugar Grill, Mr Illingsworth.

If your favourite local business is not on our list, let us know and we can ask them if they can make up vouchers (even better if you have some contact details!).

Prizes will be awarded during the exhibition period. We will let you know via social media if you have won a prize and will arrange which vouchers you’d like.

Exhibition:

We will print all the photos which are publicly viewable and hashtagged #buycycleteatatu and display them in the Exhibition at Te Atatū Peninsula Community Centre hallway gallery from 1st-13th April.
